No. You top up a balance and it is drawn down per request. There is no monthly fee, no minimum spend, no tier to qualify for and no contract to leave.
No. Address search is free, so a shopper hunting for their house across a dozen keystrokes costs nothing. You are charged once, when you retrieve the full address you actually wanted.
It is not charged. A query that returns no results comes back as a 200 with an empty results array and no deduction.
The rate is the same for everyone, at every volume. A business doing a thousand lookups a month pays the same per lookup as one doing a million — the difference is that they do not have to negotiate for it.
Prices shown are excluding VAT. UK customers are charged 20% VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are zero-rated under the reverse charge, as are non-EU customers. Invoices are in your dashboard.
Billable requests return a 402 until you top up. You can set an auto top-up so it never happens, and we email you before the balance runs down.
